Feedback
We welcome feedback from employers who are involved in the work experience programme as this enables us to both review and develop our service, ensuring that it remains responsive to the needs of local businesses.
We obviously don't require convincing about the value of work experience, but it is great to hear this from employers and below are some comments about students who undertook placements with them.
We were also gratified to receive positive comments concerning our service, with our information regarded as both comprehensive and comprehensible. However, we are not complacent and where particular issues have been raised, we always strive to resolve these to the satisfaction of all concerned, as per our complaints procedure.
